Dear Style I Love,
I'm about to turn 21 and want to look super cute! Only thing is I'm not normaly a girly dresser so I have no idea where to start. My friends and I are going to Vegas for my birthday which makes it even more important to me to look good. So I'm fairly light skined, have blonde hair blue eyes and am 5'8. The things is I'm fairly small chested so I don't know what looks good on me with out making me look flat chested. If you could help that would be wonderful!!
